Heads up! I’ll be down in Florida starting tomorrow. Taking the motorcycle to Virginia, putting it on the Amtrak Autotrain where I get dinner, movie and sleep, then get out just outside of Orlando. From there, on to Tampa then Palm Beach.

Keep an eye out for photos, videos and babble. When I get back, there’ll be a bunch of old and new stuff that’ll be posted. Enjoy the rest of the summer, y’all and we’ll cook out one last time before the cool weather hits.

I helped a friend do a fashion shoot with a Canon 5D tethered to a Macbook. Originally, I would have thought that  this would be “photography for the needy and insecure”. Apart from the 6 second delay from shutter release to when it shows up on screen, it’s a likable process if you don’t mind the 15 ft umbilical between camera and laptop.

Another early project, HQ was the template for MTVN’s current corporate intranet. Well conceived and architechted, HQ received numerous awards as well.

Well before SEO, CMS, CSS and a whole bunch of other acronyms, coded by hand, this early foray into site creation led to numerous awards and helped cement MTVN’s Creative Services department as the go-to group for out of the box solutions.
